Cancellation / No Show / Failure / Sick Policy

Our policy states no changes made within 5 days of your start date and we charge a $25 refund processing fee. Once you register and pay for your seat in a class you are locked into that class date and time. If you need to change dates we can usually push you out. However, if you wait until the last minute and we cannot fill your seat with another student we will not transfer you and if you don't show up for class then you forfeit your enrollment/payment.

If you miss any segment of the course you will forfeit your enrollment/payment. If you are late, drop out, sick the second day, improper attire or pulled out of the class by an instructor you cannot continue the course and must register/pay again for a new class.

If you make it through the course and fail the riding test we will retest you at our discretion but not on the same day of the failure. Your instructor would discuss this with you if it happened.

We ride rain or shine, it is your responsibility to watch the weather and come prepared to ride in the rain. We do not provide rain gear. If you have your own helmet and gloves then please bring them. Our helmets are basic and so are our gloves.

We don't mind the occasional guest wanting to watch his or her friend or family member take the class (for a few minutes). There is no rule against watching but we discourage it. New riders don't perform as well when they are being watched so please keep that in mind. These are the basic rules, we are reasonable and fair and will try to work with you.
